Antonio Conte Issues Message To Thomas Tuchel Following Their Escalated Handshake Saga

Rivals Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte raged throughout and following Sunday’s tense 2-2 Premier League tie between Chelsea and Tottenham at Stamford Bridge.

The Tottenham manager resumed the verbal battle with Thomas Tuchel by issuing a message following the match with Chelsea.

Thomas Tuchel has received a harsh message from Antonio Conte after the Chelsea manager took their heated argument to social media.

After a fight between the two managers at Stamford Bridge, referee Anthony Taylor sent off both of them.

Following Spurs’ first equalizer, Conte and Tuchel originally exchanged words because of the latter’s displeasure with his opponent’s excessive celebrations.

After the customary handshake at full time, they began to argue once more.

After shaking hands, Tuchel grabbed Conte’s arm and yanked it in his direction to complain about how Conte didn’t seem to respect him by looking him in the eye.

For his part, Conte enquired of his opponent, “What do you want?” It was an astounding way for a remarkable Premier League game to end.

Anthony Taylor, the referee, dismissed both bosses following the match.

After the game, Conte declined to comment on the argument, but he later posted on Instagram to share his opinions.

Adding some laughing emojis, Conte wrote, “Lucky I didn’t see you… making you trip over would have been well deserved.”

A screenshot of Tuchel’s celebrations following Chelsea’s second goal, which restored their advantage, was included in the post.

While his opponent stared down in dismay after his team’s defense, the German ran down the touchline, past Conte.

An interesting day at Stamford Bridge was brilliantly concluded by Conte’s late-night social media tweet.

With the two new recruits working well together for Tuchel, Chelsea took the lead in the first half due to Kalidou Koulibaly’s outstanding volley from Marc Cucurella’s corner.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s low shot helped Tottenham get back into the game after the break, but it wasn’t long before Reece James scored to give the hosts a 2-1 lead.

Harry Kane’s dramatic header cost Chelsea all three points.

“The [Tuchel] situation is not the most crucial issue, therefore I won’t comment on it. I and he are responsible for any issues that may arise.” Conte at full-time stated.

Tuchel declared during his celebration: “I thought I should stop in the middle, but occasionally a match completely enthralls you, and this one did.

The opposition may be offended by a brilliant performance after an unfair equalizer, but they were offended when they scored the equalizer as well.”

Tuchel attempted to downplay his altercation with Conte. He stated:

“Football is emotional. It doesn’t need to be heated. There are just emotional coaches on the sidelines. If we meet [later], we will meet; otherwise, we won’t.”
